Importing *.skl into TFT-Map; Cannot see changes

So, I read that spell editing and importing in Reign of Chaos is done by using an MPQ editor and manualy placing the AbilityData.slk spreadsheet into the map.

I also read in a tutorial on this site that unused abilities could be accessed in WE by editing the useInEditor field of the spreadsheet from a value of 0 to a value of 1.

I understood this so that I could edit AbilityData.slk to show those abilities in WE, import the spreadsheet via Import Manager, save and reopen the map, and then be able to view and possibly edit these abilities inside TFT's World Editor.

In practice, this did however not work, as after importing my edited AbilityData.slk and restarting WE, I could no view any of those abilities in the Ability Editor, not even when trying to pick a spell to base a new spell upon.

I would therefore be glad of any help that might help me find out how to import AbilityData.slk (And other spredsheets) the right way into WE.

Place it in your WC3 instalation folder using the same directory tree as the MPQ you extracted it from. the WE uses local files as a highest priority. I'm pretty sure such changes to a SLK file ar un-noticable in the editor when the file is imported into the map.
