Exceeding Destructible Limits with Dynamically Placed Destructibles?

Is it possible?
I've got a map for which I'm randomly generating the scenery, unfortunately, since there's no way to create doodads dynamically, I've had to make them all destructibles. This means, naturally, I want way more than the 6000-odd which are allowed by default. I know it's possible to use something like WENoLimits, or Grimoire to exceed those limitations in the WE, but is there anything that will allow my triggers to generate more.
Or, failing that, would it be a good idea to use locusted units for things like shrubs and mushrooms? Bearing in mind that I want about 3500 shrubs and 2000 mushrooms throughout the map.

Your triggers never had any limit. But that limit for preplaced destructables is there for a reason, seriously.

Huh.
Are you sure about that? It doesn't seem to create the full number.
And I'm sure I'll discover for myself that there's a good reason for the limit, but until then I'll soldier bravely on.

Thanks.

That's not bravery that's asking for a laggy map. Also your trigger probably halts because of the thread op limit.

Would destructibles create more lag in multiplayer than in singleplayer?
I already fixed the halt problem by having each kind of destructible created by a separate trigger, running at two second intervals.
There are now a total of...*reopens map*12250 destructibles being generated, which may well be reduced anyway. Do you think that's likely to cause a huge amount of lag?

Yes.
It could be worse, but yes.
Surely you don't need 12 thousand trees?

No, of course not.
That's the number of Shrubs, Mushrooms, Trees and Rocks.
