DeathGuard

I model I started yesterday, simply because I had nothing better to do So, I dug out an old doodle of mine depicting a fat guy I called a Death Guard and started modelling it... the mesh and UV are both finished, it uses in-game textures. All it needs now are anims, which I'm doing from scratch (yay!) Included 2 GIFs of the only anims I have thus far (Stand -1 and Stand -2) And yes, I made him move as if he was mad... or simply dumb C&C would be welcome, along with comments :P

you should move the feet in the anims, other than that its pretty nice gj

Please, don't ask me to move his feet :( because all I'll do is mess his animations

I remember when I just started animating, that used to seem extremely complex.
But actually, it was not that hard after a bit of pratice. And once you get it done one time, you can also clone the keyframes for the other stand anims.

Fix the skin, it utterly ruins it.

@Nasrudin: Yeah, maybe I should just practice leg movement... Anyways, I started moving his legs on the Spell anim... and I'll go on on the Attack anims, maybe...
@Whitehorn: Which texture needs fixing?

It needs a completely fresh texture, reather then textures from a model here and a model there.

Its a cool model you could probubly get someone to do it.

Stand 1-2 are actually nice, they need legs movement of course, but the rest is ok. It's not hard: just rotate the upper legs ahead, and the lower leg in the opposite direction to compensate (until the feet are in the previous position), then move the bone root so that it doesn't float or sink on the ground.

Chriz.
And make stand one a lot slower. But I support what Nas said.

If I move stuff with Guesst's animating thingie, it'll never go back to the position it originally was :(
