So yeah, the designs are completely random and show a total disregard for the shape of the model. |

Oh shoot, Ok I'll "shape" them. Thanks :) EDIT: What parts need "reshaping" btw? Some are kind of shaped already. |

More important question is, what do you want them to look like? becouse right now, it looks like nothing. Well, it looks like he strapped aquarelled-paper to himself. WHats it supposed to be? armor with flame patterns? cloth with flame patterns? actual fire? |

Cloth with flame patterns. I suck at most kinds of armor. :/ I want him to look like a mage with flame-patterned clothing. |

The armour looks horrible on the model, doesn't even look like armour anyway :P Looks like it was completely random made (with smugde :P)... Try and go for something more steel/gold-ish but with the "fire" concept, and perhaps add some sun/pheonix symbols on it to make him resemble a memnber of the Pheonix order, lawl >_< The fire rune/symbol (?) idea on his face is nice enough, but not very noticable. Expand it a little might be a good idea. It need some adjustments aswell :P Overall, (no offense) I think you should redo it all. |

It's monotonous. I don't care if you've got yellow, orange, and red everywhere, it feels like one large mass of nothing. My guess is you colored everything a single shade of red and went back and added random obligatory yellow brush strokes everywhere, then smudged it all together. Seriously, pick another color. Probably grey in this case because God knows he needs his armor to look like actual armor. Maybe gold would work too, but that's your call. Now try to make the armor look like metal with probably flame engravings on them. Also consider using more highlights, you have virtually no shading on the entire skin, just color shifts. Also, you forgot to skin his arm. |

And you forgot to skin the hands -__- |

Wtf the handsssssssssssssssssss!!!!! I forgot <_< Ok, I love all yer comments and they make me want to redo the skin. This time I'll add bulky armor :D Quote:
Exactly what I'm gonna go for. Thanks for the feedback gais. <3 I'll probably skin this longer, I'm gonna try and go for about 3-4 hours cuz I want huge change. |

God forbid, 4 hours on a skin. If I recall correctly, Erwt spent 12 hours in 1024 resolution on the Inquisitor's skin for ToB. |

Yeah something like that. But i'm rediculous :P I think i spent 6 hours average on a skin. |

I spent more time on the Inquisitor lololol. I'll comment when I see the updated texture. |
