Storm Hammers help?

I'm having trouble understanding how "Storm Hammers" ability works since in the object editor there isn't really anything to modify.

is this exactly a copy of fire orb ability splash?

i've also read it was something simliar to moonglaive.. is it exact copy off of this or is it entirely different?

Check out the Upgrade section in Object Editor?

EDIT:

Storm Hammers is an upgrade, so modify it's attributes by going into the Upgrades in object editor and click on it.

You should see things like 'Data - Effect 1'

From there you can modify it. The 'Data - Effect 1' is the splash ability, so by modifying that you modify Storm Hammers.
