Kicking system in a dialog o.o???

i have tried everything, nothing worked... it never shows the dialog and i removed it but i was jsut gonna ask... can anyone help me??? i saw the makers of island defence do it, so i know its possible
(plzz no jass, i use gui)

Don't have WE open, can't careless.

EVENT: Player (host, whatever) whatever types -ban (PLAYER'S NUMBER)
CONDITION:
ACTION: Boot player that has same number as 6th character in typed text.

Probably won't look nothing like this, but I can't care less right now.
