WC3 Image Extractor Help!!!!

When I open up the extractor, it says this...

"Component "Mscomctl.cox" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered : a file is missing or invalid". How can i get it to work. Please help!!!!!!

This often means "Install visual basic runtimes"

Mscomctl is not included in the standard Runtime files. It's an addition that is required if you wanna use tabstrips etc.
However in this runtime package that I've compiled myself it should be included:
http://www.wc3campaigns.net/tools/weu/RuntimeFiles.exe

i installt runtimes but it still dont works PLS HELP
