If you mean by modding, changing skins, then yes.


If you mean by modding, changing using Campaign installer, then yes.

If you mean by modding, changing the files insaide the .w3m(s) and patch.mpq, then yes.

What's the point of this poll again? To see how many ppl actually use these progs. or what?
