If that were to happen, the newbies would outnumber the number of people who are good at mapmaking, scripting, modelling, etc,. Then if you average that, the outcome would become around 2 out on a scale of 1 to 10 of the average mapmaking skill of everyone of us combined.

The algorithm for finding the intelligence of a group is

(Total combined intelligence) / (Number of people)^2
