WIP Blood Elf Cursor

Ah its been a long time since I messed with UI textures. Since Ive seen a bunch of folks making Blood Elves I decided to attempt to make a cursor of their theme! Hope you like I just started this a bit ago , there is still much to go. Any suggestions? Likes or dislikes?

Obviously, needs more shading and such
So will you also be doing a UI for this? :)

I was thinking about doing the UI for this but I have no ideas to start off from heh.

Ah well sorry for double post but heres a small update. Worked on the little hands that grab and started to think of ideas for the attack cursor. Well what do you lads think?

Hand that grabs looks like its got some claws

The hands themselves need more shading too.
They don't have the typical hand crease shading yet.

Update Round 2!
Well I started working on the target cursor which is a very early WIP.
Right now I might start working on the shading of the hands and give it a more realistic cartoony look.

In my opinion for the attack cursor (normals turn red I think) you could maybe do a weapon and a shield, be like (Spell breaker ones for example), those would look nice, but just an opinion :)

Alltough the actual icon isn't bad :p

Other than that, nice to see someone do this, /cheer .

Look at your hand. Look at how textured it is. Now look at your cursor. See the difference? DEFINATELY needs more shading and detail.

And wtf is with that green blob thingy? Don't all races in wc3 have the blue crosshairs?

Like I said before I will not be shading it right this minute, and for the "green blob thingy" I had a little idea of it being corrupted mana since they are mana freaks.

I like the idea for the attack cursor being some volatile evil fel magic :)

Well at the moment it just looks like some green slime splattered on the wall.

Hmm... maybe some sparklies? Those drippy thingys make it look the most like the splatter, maybe make them smaller? I dunno...

Looks okay for a start, just keep working on it, this would be very usefull, theres not many proper cursers made :)
