AMAI DEVELOPER IMPROVEMENTS

Fixed a bug where turning ver_heroes off didn't always work correctly.
AMAI now supports more than 3 types of dragons and if trained those dragons will be correctly added to the assault group.
AMAI now handles the training of ghouls automatically and so is no longer needed to train ghouls at high proirities in the strategies themselves.

Hi, there is a bug when Unded AMAI builds an expand. Sometimes it builds several Necropolises.
Everything else is perfect.

@drstardust: thats about my fifth attempt to fix that issue. I'm starting to think its somehardcoded thing. I dont know why it keeps doing it.
