how to disable force chase cam!

I find it very annoying to have those force chase cams forever locked onto my hero. how do i disable it? I wan to scroll my mouse over the entire map without restrictions! Able to move my mouse and see the whole map helps a lot in a rpg game..

If a mapper really knows what they're doing you can't, but on alot of maps you can do it by hitting ctrl/alt+c (can't remember which).

If a mapper really knows what they are doing, they won't use chase cams, as all they do is piss people off.
