Okay, so, let's say I'm making a campaign using the Campaign Editor in WE. I've got all my data in, verified my map functions correctly outside the campaign editor, and I set up all the corresponding buttons and such. Except the buttons do nothing. Searching the Blizzard forums and other sources have yet to give me any clue why my map refuses to work in any situation regarding the campaign editor. You press the button to load the map through the menu, the screen goes black for a few seconds, then goes back to the campaign screen. I've moved the map to another campaign with nothing in it, same thing. I stuck another map from something else into my campaign, and lo and behold, that one works. No one seems to know what's going on. Hopefully someone here does. edit - It's my suspicions that there needs to be a trigger or something, but I can't for the life of me locate it. My map has defeat and victory conditions, I've even gone as far to make sure none of the imported data is conflicting in names... :\ |

maps within a campaign cannot exceed 4mb. To reduce the amount, import the data into the campaign (which is unlimited). (at least I think this is your problem) |

Shouldn't need a trigger. Is atleast one button visible? |

THANK YOU. This was it. I had music in the map. I could have spent weeks messing with it to get it working. I didn't think there would be a size limit on a map in a campaign, buut I've run into sillier problems. |
