Why i cant edit integer in object editor?

I tried to edit Integer in skill "item armor bonus" but i can not.


I want to know why and how to.


Note # I used "jassnewgenpack3c" and here a picture.
Edit # I mean minus value.

huh? thats weird i suppose that has nothing to do with the genpack you have. You can't see the changes ingame? OR you can't change the value?
but thats really odd if you can't change the value.

I mean I cant change to minus value. I saw in DotA map it can adjust and when I try it cant change.
