Hey again! Yet an other problem with my skins that i can't understand why it dosen't work... Here is a little tutorial how i made this skin : • Here I use the Warcraft 3 Image Extractor to save a image of a Centaur Khan. • I save the skin as the name: CentaurKhan. • Here I open the Centaur skin in my painting program "Jasc Paint Shop Pro". • Here Im making a chainmail hemlet and armor for the Centaur and after that I save the skin. ( In .tga ) • Here Im converting my skin in to a .blp file in my WC3 Viewer. • After that im saving the .blp skin. • Right after that Im starting the World Editor and open the "Import Manager" and imports my skin in to World Editor. ( I'm not changing the path yet! ) • Then Im searching up the Centaur Khan in the "Unit Palette" and places him on the gound. • After that Im finding the path to the Centaur Khan (units\creeps\CentaurKhan\CentaurKhan) • When I got the path Im going back to the "Import Manager" and change the path like this: • Now when im done im going to have a look at my new skin so i go back to the Centaur i put out on the map... But when i arive to him he looks like the normal Centaur Khan?! Yes I have changed the: Art - Model File : units\creeps\CentaurKhan\CentaurKhan But isent working... My question is: • Am I using the wrong path? And here you have my skin if you want to use it ![]() • Attachment 25584 |
