I believe the inspirational description you have given is taken from the actual film called Labyrinth. The one with David Bowie (or at least someone who looks like him) as the villain. I MIGHT do something for this. it seems like a cool topic. |

Now be creative and make some terrains! Or don't be creative and just copy Harry Potter 4's movie version of the maze. |

Why don't I see screens. It's making me want to go write some dark poetry. As I listen to hawthorne heights. |

it was david bowie. the labyrinth idea is cool. how do you want to confuse the player? changing the labyrinth or teleporting the units around? or both? |

That movie Labyrinth was quite weird. |

Sadly. I'm going to put a new one up on Sunday morning, so anyone is still free to make something for this one. |

I'll see if I can get some of my old shots. |

We need to get more people into this. I really wanted to do this one but I'm really absorbed into training for tennis and the map I'm working on. Maybe we can have a Terraining contest, but instead of just making a few screenies, you are required to create an entire map (doesnt need to be pathable) based around a general theme or using mostly a given tileset. |

My quick submission. A central chamber in an underground maze. Something is watching from within a passage. (edited in photoshop) |

Not too bad, I like the eyes in the background. But I think it would look just oodles better if you mad the fog a lot thicker, and put custom light models around the rock. Also, on a terraining contest, most people wouldn't fancy making an entire map, it is much more time consuming, especially if that terrain is serving much of a purpose rather than to be looked at. But I'll talk to [Death] about a terraining contest when he returns from camp. |

Maybe we could put a theme on the design too, like, it has to be an AoS or a hero arena terrain, etc. Ammorth: How did you do the eyes? |

would be to time consuming i think, but i like the idea to have another terrain contest and use a hard/challenging theme. |
