Map/Terrain help

is there a direct way to rip/get a sprite from the .mpq file?
i have seen many .gif and flash with warcraft 3 units, and i dont think
the "wand tool" in photoshop programs.
can sum1 help me? thnx

.gif with warcraft units would equal using the world editor to play the animations that's easy.

Else yes, there is , please get knowledge about mpq editing, ImageExtractor and model converters.
