Request - Goblin-Hero "Shocker" [Artwork included]

I need this Model for my Goblinrace (Meele-modification)
and have already asked at "the Hive" for it, but still there was no real answer.

Important for me:

• He is wearing his clawlike weapons instead of some kind of Goblin-Cyborg
• His hair should be lightblue or Teamcolor
• A "throw" animation, where one of his claws dissapear
• Backpack either the generator or some kind of rotor (for the second version would a Flying-animation nice)

For base-animations (stand, walk, attack, etc) the mountainking would be a good template.
