i have 2 custom heros that have morphing abilities and i've noticed that as they morph back and forth their dmg isn't staying consistent with how they once were. example: Lets say i have a Wizard that can morph into a Bear. i dont really remember the numbers but lets say the wizard has a dmg base of 34-60 and when he morphs into the bear he now has 41-120.. then when he morphs back into wizard he now has maybe 40-75 then morph back into bear and have 41-120.. then morph back into wizard and have back to 34-60 i'm not sure of exact dmg amounts.. i just know that it's not consistent and it keeps varying like this and i'd like to know how to solve it. any clue? |

Are you sure that you've set the unit-type fields for the morph spells correctly? If it fluctuates consistantly, it could be that you have 2 units with the same name but different attacks and you've messed up the fields. What ability are you using to morph them? |

im using bearform. they are making the correct unit. i know this for sure. and more often than not they morph correctly without damage messing up. it might happen like 1 out of 4 morphs that it wont change back to correct damage amounts also there was a time that i morphed.. then morphed back.. then bought some tomes.. then morphed and morphed back only to find out that his stats were almost as if he had bought no tomes. that happens rarely. i can tell you that with these 2 unique units i do something different than with other morphs and this might be the cause of the problem .... i'm just hoping that it's not the case..because of my custom abilities depending on it. anyhow.. what i do differently with them is i use triggers to add and remove these morphing abilities after they change to the desired form. i dont understand how this could interfere with damage and stats though. |
