Downloads don't work!?

After the site is up and running again i wanted to download maps from the cinematic-forum (CotD, CotN...) but everytime i try to download from a link it say's i don't have the permission...i can do everything (even dl attachements) but this doesn't work...may anybody help me?
and sorry for my bad english, i'm german ;D

I cant download either and i so badly wanted to see CotN again. It's been ages since i last saw it...

I forgot to update files.php to work correctly with the new settings, gonna try fix it ASAP although I first need root access and that evil Tim won't give it.

ok, thanks for your answer vex! i can only agree with Mechmap, i want to see CotN again after such a long time!
