i have a question about skinning ive skinned uther's texture using some paintbrush in adobe photoshop, and saved each minute, while im done skinning it, i saved it(TGA) and exit photoshop without applying the alpha channels, then i go to magos wc3 editor, and changed uther's skin to my skin, after it was loaded, the cape of uther didnt match any player colors, i mean it always remain white, even if i didnt included the cape for skinning my question is, do i have to apply alpha on my texture before saving it? |

I think so, wc3 viewer wants you to any way and its not gunna have team color with out alpha. |

Without alphas, the skin will look extremely weird You need to download a certain add-on to Photoshop.. Not sure WHERE the link is, but ones lying about Try Googling alpha channels, Adobe Photoshop |

Um... you don't need any fancy plug-ins for Photoshop channels... Go to the Channel window, then select Create new channel (one button to the right of the Trash Can/Delete Channel). |
