Version 0.3.3 (09/11/2002) * Removed Form Preview. Now it will render on the same form. * Added some controls to the Render. Zoom In/Out, Rotate X/Y/Z and auto-spin ON/OFF. * Added a YES/NO question when trying to save to an existing file (Overwrite YES/NO). Version 0.3.2 (09/10/2002) * Just a small update to make it work with Revolution3D Engine 8088. Version 0.3.1 * Textures are saved as TGA now. Version 0.3.0 * Improved TreeView initial populate. It will load faster. * Greatly improved DjBnJack BLP routines. Texture manipulation routines will benefit of it, meaning it will save faster and render faster. Also, this routines are used on DjBnJack's BLP tool, so expect an upgrade soon. Version 0.2.9: * Works with retail now. * Changed MPQ routines to use storm.dll instead of sfapi. This way, you just have to copy storm.dll to this application folder. * Added a small TIP to help users using my WE Enhanced to quickly change models. Just open MDX to OBJ, copy the tip and replace it using WE Enhanced. * Removed TEAM color override. It was too messy. Now models will look white if the texture fails to load, but it will work ok. Download it here . Required files: Storm.dll (Get it on War3 Folder) ijl15.dll (Get it on War3 Folder) Revolution 3D Engine: Ge it it Here: http://www.revolution3d.de/ CommonDialog Get it here: http://www.geocities.com/djbnjack/Comdlg32.zip |

Is there any way to control the model view? Currently it is spinning diagonally to the bottom right, not that I'm complaining, this is the first program to actually be able to work on my machine, however it can be a bit of a headache when some models are clipped by the window boundaries and you can't see them, IE Units\Orc\HeroBladeMaster\HeroBladeMaster_portrait.mdx Very good job! Thanks for helping out the community! |

Well, i'll try to implement this feature on next version. Problem is: i got no time. |

I keep getting a "Runtime error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" whenever I try to load or view a model. |

Probably you don't have 'some of the required runtimes. Did you get the REVOLUTION engine? |

Ok, found the problem--i installed 8086, not 8087b. Thanks |

Version 0.3.1 saves the textures as TGA, wich have alphas. |

Guest | I installed it and me to is getting the msg "Runtime error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" I installed REVOLUTION but not 8086 I installed 8088 could that be the problem? |
| 09-10-2002, 05:13 PM | #13 |
Yeah, that's the problem. I'm updating it to work with 8088 but since the guys that develop revolution engine changed some stuff, it will take me some time. |
