Custom Campaignscreen

Hello everybody,

I got an old Loadscreen that might be useful for some who want to create their own campaign. It's the loading screen i used for my old project and now i dont have a use for it anymore.
Oh and btw. the beige/brown menuborder in the upper right corner (near the picture) is not part of the Gluescreen, don't worry about that! :)

Update:

I added shadows like tdr wanted and i also added a birth animation (book opens itself ^^). I also added the maxfile + textures as a zip folder if anyone wants to change some details (only for his own use, thats not a permission to upload a modified version of the gluescreen).
And of course a new screenshot. :)

Is that little thing on the right for the buttons? It's not very big. I think you should just remove that bit because people could put more buttons than could fit inside the box, which would look bad.

No, that is the border coming from above when you start wc3... its not part of the model. Its just the main menu. (I used it as a new mainscreen, not campaignscreen)

No I mean that little brown bit on the right that is covering up the painting.

Oh so it's not really there?

What about that metal stuff on the left?

Lacks a few shadows here and there, but it's decent nonetheless.

I doubt you ever started warcraft 3 ^^

Part of the main menu, too

Ahh yes. . .I was wondering when/if you would release this. . .

Very nice!

Although how would one really go about importing this. . .? I don't think I've ever encountered anyone making a Mainscreen before. . .

Looks great - theme is best of all capaing screens I ever seen, but 1.5MB is really lot. We shall see...

It's for a campaign screen, filesize has no meaning.

Well, if entire campaing has 3MB, I feel like little wasting to use 1,5MB as loading screen.
But sure, it is not such big problem.

hmm, it's decent but it could have been much better with a few easy to do tweaks, like adding shadows and make the candle light flicker. Like this:

The shadow is just a plane with a black texture with alpha channel placed in a wc3 material set to full alpha.
