Is there a built in option inside the game that prevents you from TKing your ally? Or do I need to trigger it? |

Trigger it. You can catch the order, or wait untill the unit attacks unit event to fire, then stop the unit. |

Under "Attack - Targets Allowed", couldn't you just slip in "enemy" and "neutral" somewhere? |

No, doesnt work. You could however make all your allies of a certain kind and make them unable to attack that kind. |

Do you mean classification? It doesn't work too. It seems the best way is order catching like Histenchist said. |
