It's kind of hard to tell what part of him, which is not helped by the length of the scythe.

I like the scythe

But you could use another skull for the head, there are a plenty of better and more original looking skulls on the .mpq

Could you post a shot without the glowing borders? its somewhat difficult to notice some things that way.

The skull has no fault :( It was me who chose the worst skeleton possible for this conversion (the skeleton archer) And it seems that people only like the scythe :P But meh, here's some plain shots Mc!

Well you could always change the unwrap of the skull to make it use another texture, from what I remember one can change the unwrap on the vertex modifier. And instead of making the chest with 4 rib bones, why don't you make it a box with the skeleton's texture or make it have some cloths (still making him look extremely thin of course)

Ehm, it's kinda hard to edit it right now, but I was indeed thinking of changing it here and there

so, instead of making the head look original by putting it another texture yet keeping the shape you decide to use another already existent head?

Anyways, the chest is better that way.

I really don't like the horse' head.
Maybe it's the texture or maybe it's the shape, maybe it's because it doesn't have ears.
Not sure, but it doesn't look right.

By the way, the reason people like the scythe is because not enough models have 'em. :p

Not really, I once made a scythe for my reaper model, but this one is a lot better, it has a nice shape. If it would have had the same boring shape of mine I wouldn't have liked it that much because its rather simple.
