I'm new to WC3Campaigns at least in the forum. I have read over several tutorials and looked through many of the animation threads. I don't have such skills but I definitely have the potential to make a good map. I don't know if any of you have played a MUD before but its a text based game and Ive played one for years. After playing WC3 for a while I decided to take a text based idea and morph it into a visual living world. The idea is to have an assortment of races and an assortment of classes and let the player choose how they want to do it even if a sprite makes a crappy fighter they still have that option.

The basic reason I am here asking for help is that I am using attachments for weapons armor etc. but I find so few models that don't carry weapons and such. Even on here looking at a dwarven set they all have a pick or weapon of some kind. So what I ask is for someone to contact me in someway that is willing to help me remove all the pesky not-needed items and I will definitely give credit in anyway I can and all the gratitude I can offer.

what RDZ is trying to say is that, from the website he pointed out, you can download a program called "vertex modifyer"

With that program you can load extracted wc3 models and change they're geometry; thus remove the weapons youself.

The easyest way to extract things from the mpq's is probubly wc3vieuwer, you can find it in our tools database.

Ok, the last thing I asked I have done a few models successfully and again thank you all for your help. The next help I would like to ask is if anyone could create mountains. I never liked the fact the you had to raise ground or shape the land so it looked like one but never really does in my opinion. If someone could make a doodad such as the volcano doodad and maybe a 2-3 different shapes/looks I would be very thankful. I have looked around and have not found anything like this and I figured many people would want something similar?
