As i have newly started to skin, i meet a lot of problems. I have fixed all so far, but now i am stucked. I am making a worker out of the headhunter model, for my new campaign race, The Zoulee Trolltribe. I have edited few things, and one of them is alpha out the spear. I have done with gimp, Treshold 255. But something that may occur is that the teamcolors is ON the spear and when i watch it in viewer (can't import it) the spear is just whole red and looks ugly (attached). What should i do? Do something else to the spear or what? HELP NEEDED!!!

It is impossible to get rid of teamcolor through skinning/texturing. You'll have to edit the model. Therefore, i move this to the model editing corner.

Better just to use the Oinkertools to remove the entire spear. Alphaing that kind of stuff is so crude. :<

Vertex Modifier.

Browse through the tutorials, removal of stuff is covered somewhere.
