Tauren Shaman

Here's the concept art - from Wow at blizzard:

..... And heres the skin/model. This is my first model, and probably one of my best skins. Used the TC model. Changed his axe to a staff, although it still has the glow of an axe (HELP ME COOKIE) No recolours or c'n'p. here it is:

It's pretty neat, but it still looks too much like the TC. If you're editing the model already, you could take the totems off his back to alleviate that problem.

aye, if you did model editing dont forget that scaling certain verticles to 0 will work to remove them (just be carefull not to do that to aniamted verticles!, aka water elemental) its safe to scale down the planes of the hero glows to 0

I'd say remove his totems and then use attachments to give it armor and headdress.

Darken his skin er um fur to make it darker/almost black like the one above. Its a better contrast to the rest of his clothing. And I agree that you should remove the totems and add an attached headdress. Aside from that, you may want to try and do something with his staff, (turn the axe blade into something, anything, and then move the weapon glow to fit with the new staff head. Once he is ingame give him a ranged attack so he swings his glowy staff and a magical projectile flies out.

Oh and one more thing, release it when its done :D

When i was modelling, i was just seeing if it worked (it has never worked before) so now i know how to model ill change it more.
I will release it for someone who wants to make a WOW mod

I wanted a shaman tauran 4 my campaing so that i wouldn't just be using old heros. Did u read my thread or did u just think of making one?

Cookie, I was getting lots of answers on my thread and now i am getting none, There were several people who were answering and staying on the thread but now i don't get any replies!

I read your thread about 2 days after i started, so i didnt get the idea from that, but u can have the skin/model to use.

Changes:

Changed skin colour to dark grey
removed totem
I forgot to remove the sticks

Vote: Should I keep the floating sticks?? (change them into some object as if he is holding them up with pyshic powers)

I think if you give remove the sticks that would make one cool Tauren SHaman I may possibly want to use :D Maybe add more decorations from WoW Concept Art

Added: The color is good but make it just a bit lighter.
