some problems from a new WEer

Hi guys~I'm a new WEer from China

Now I am making my first map and I preparede much for it

but problems came just when i started

I got a footman model from XGM(the second to count from the end）

but it doesn't have the action of spell and dissipate

and it's too small : it can not match with many of my weapons

i tried to make it bigger with model editor

but this destroyed his eyes

so my request is :

1 make it 1.5 times bigger
2 if possible , add the two actions
3 (how can it possible that u r so kindheart)change a suitable head(without helmet) for it
