Downtime

07-06-2007, 07:48 PM#1
Tim.
Sorry about this morning’s downtime guys, it seems the location where the server is currently located at (Not our rack, but in a temporary rack while we design the ads), lost its T1’s connection. The end result obviously was the site no longer connecting. While they work to solve the T1 problem, we have temporarily transferred the site to the second internet connection available to that rack, a business grade DSL line. Obviously this means speed will suffer for a while until we switch back onto the T1.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope to have the T1 back online within 24 hours.

Well then, way to be quick thinking and thanks for being so quick to make an announcement.

Noticed the sluggishness. Hope it gets better soon.

Tim.
We have the T1 back up and running at the datacenter, it will just take another 24 hours or so to get the speed back up to normal, then transfer it back to our server.
