Retribution Heal
Collapse Events
Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
Collapse Conditions
(Ability being cast) Equal to Retribution
Collapse Actions
Set Temp_Point = (Position of (Target unit of ability being cast))
Custom script: set bj_wantDestroyGroup = true
Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units within 700.00 of Temp_Point matching (((Matching unit) belongs to an ally of (Owner of (Triggering unit))) Equal to True)) and do (Unit - Set life of (Picked unit) to ((Life of (Picked unit)) + (30.00 x (Real((Level of Retribution for (Triggering unit)))))))
Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_Temp_Point)

Retribution is based off of Storm Bolt, it stuns the target and heals allies around it. It has 3 levels.

Because it is in GUI and therefore is extremely difficult for me to read?

As far as I can tell, that should work....

Have you tried dealing negative damage?

Trigger:
Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to damage (Picked unit) for (-30.00 x (Real((Level of Retribution for (Triggering unit))))) using attack type Spells and damage type Universal.

Another possibility is that you could be jumping from picked unit to matching unit... or you're casting the wrong ability...

I just copied that trigger identically and tested it and it works.
So I don't know what you're doing wrong, but it isn't your trigger's fault.

I attached the modified map I used.
Play as human and cast the normal Storm Bolt on a creep when you have low life.

Is the trigger running at all? Debug messages are your friends. Perhaps your condition compares to the wrong ability?

yes.. debug msg are good... except when you release a map and forget to take them out.... but none of you have played my turkey tag so youll never know :)

Whiskey tango foxtrot! It seems to work now, at least the first level of it does, I have at least 5 people that can attest to the fact that it didn't work. XD
If something (doesn't) happen during my next online test I'll post it.
