Hello guys, some of the models i´ve downloaded have no portraits... so evry time you click on the hero the portrait looks different. that is real bad. is there a way i can fix it ? well another thing is that i used the trick to add different skins on the same model, importing it again ( blood mage for example). as i imported the model the portrait is not fine as the original one... how can i fix it ?

With Magos' Model editor you can add a portrait camera.

I got this from the Hive real quick because I knew where it was there. It's around here someplace too, and many modeling tutorials that are found in the tutorials section make use of this tool.

You'll be wanting to download from Magos' own site, just to be safe.

Bear in mind that some models don't include portraits because they have the precise same upper-bodies as existing in-game models; in that case, you should either over-write the main model or extract the portrait and import yourself.

what is a "precise same upper-bodies as existing in-game models" ?

Dude...

Say I make an edit of the Warden; she's got new animations, a new weapon -- but her head and shoulders are the same, unmodified.

So I can get away with using the original portrait and nobody's any the wiser.
