Castles are alot of work :( |

Technically, it doesn't have to be a castle. It could just be a fuedal manor, and the terrainer can choose to terrain surrounding farmlands, and such. A manor doesn't have to be just a castle. |

Hi. This is my version of a destroyed manor. The last image is of a different manor but in the same town, so I would like to know which one you find more interesting. Enjoy. |

I like the idea you have there, the first one that is. Just get rid of the blue fog and you're good. |

Toss the blizz trees too. It only takes a few simple fixes to make terrain look really good. Most of that is due to sky and fog. |

I think the Blizz trees look ok, just make them bigger. |

Ok, so i found some trees I liked made by xXm0rpH3usXx. The color of the trees clashed with the tile set so I changed the tile to something more green. I also made the trees bigger. I toned down the fog significantly. I'd like to hear what you have to say about this version. Edit: having just looked at these again, I realized that the manor isn't what my eye is drawn to. I would like to try to make the manor the focus of these images. Maybe by lightening up the rgb of the stone wall doodads I used to make it. |

Well noticed. It's mainly because, due to the change of lighting, the red of the houses is very visible. Try brightening the RGB of the manor and darkening the RGB of the houses too. |
