my first skin(well my second but first wont count)

tell me what you think. i didn't cut and past all of it. i darkened the skin with photo shop changed the face and colors of stuff liek his hair elastic or wateva he is using. the color on his axe.
gave him armor. then took some stuff from the screen shots from world of warcraft. i made a enw face to by wiping out odl one and build one from scratchy. his hand gaurds and gloves are diff. and his flag glitched a bit but i'll fix it

Looks good, I think the armor on his left shoulder looks kinda out of place though (since his right should has an actual piece of armor sticking out).

true. but the left shoulder izn't realy armour, its like a leather fur shoulder pad. mostly for warmth...(phew. cover that one up)

That's actually pretty good, I like it. The Armor isn't stretched a single bit, a serious plus in my book. The shoulder pad needs work, but it still looks good.

here's the icon for my guy but when i turn it into a blp then upload it into mpq and then in the unit editer make it so that it goes to Units/Orc/KaHoll/Kahollicon.blp
all it is is blank transparent. in game there is no icno yet you can click it. and in map editer its just grey. any ideas what would make that happen?

The "AL" thing was a joke. Guess you never watched the simpsons where bart calls the bar as a prank. Basically - try pronouncing "AL" in front of your name.

You should make unit buttons, you seem to be very good at that. Your skins are pretty good too, and i really liked that castle (try to find phoenix sometime he may want that in the Hunted game, since its so dark). Anyway, keep up the good work.
