Abilities Help!

Hello, I am making a map (my first one) and I am making a bit of everything so I can learn how to make everything. I don't know any of the scripting languages for wc3 so first of all, could anyone tell me where I could learn them.

Secondly, I am making an ability where basically its windwalk, only I want it to hurt the user slowly, so it drains their life so long as its turned on. I want it to be able to be switched on and off when ever and it drains mana, like a normal spell (like immolation)...

Could anyone tell me how to do this, or could you write up the script so I can put it in, or any form of helping me in these ways would be good.

Pyrogasm	Do you know how to use GUI, or is it just JASS that you don't know?

PsykieKILLA	Don't know either. GUI, I have heard is more basic and is the window language, so if you could tell me where to find it, I will learn that, then JASS.
