Standard commands tooltips?

PenguinEmperor	Is there any way, without game-file alteration, such as editing the MPQ, to change the tooltips of the standard commands like Move, Stop, Hold Positstion and Patrol?

PenguinEmperor	So I name the folder UI, or what? I'm a bit unclear on that part. NVM, I figured it out. But what about move?

PenguinEmperor	It dosent really matter. But now, I had some triggers to make things happen when a unit uses thise commands, but they don't work anymore.
