Was wondering if it is possible to have it where in a system there's a hero that learns the moon glaive upgrade stuff (the upgrade or w/e that allows them to have their projectiles bounce with the dummy ability) reuseable. (Perhaps I should explain a little more...) Basically I wanna know if it's possible to do this w/o any bugs, to explain this in the easiest way possible for both sides, I'll just give a situation: -Player A selects Hero A and learns Ability Glaive Bounce -Player A levels and gets Glaive Bounce to Level 2 -Player A's Hero dies -Player A gets to reselect a hero and decides to reselect Hero A -Hero A is now again at Level 1 and learns Glaive Bounce Would this be workable? In my map it's where once your hero dies you have to reselect and start all over again. I'm wondering if there's a way to create the bouncing glaive effect without the use of upgrades (due to the fact that they are irreversible) |

Moon Glaive? The thing that the Huntresses have? I always thought that was a dummy ability, like Vorpal Blades... |

it is a normal ability where u can easily edit to your own ability without involving any upgrade stuffs... This is more like Ability Editor question |

It's a dummy ability I reckon... It depends on an upgrade :| |

A unit must have the Moon Glaive ability for attacks such as bouncing attack to work. This applies to a lightning attack (such as on hawks) and Lightning Attack ability, etc. |

It's not like that at all... there's a field in attack... Combat - Attack 1 - Weapon Type - Missile (Bounce) Just change the Area of Effect (Full Damage) to the bouncing area you want... |

None of you helped... You know how Moon Glaives relies on an upgrade to take effect. (Upgrades the amount of bounces a unit's projectile does) I'm wondering if it is at all possible to have it where I can work some way around it... |

Don't use upgrades. Use a permanent chemical rage (duration = 0). When the hero learns the bounce attack, add the chem rage ability to the hero, issue the order to use it, then remove the ability or disable it for the player. The unit it should transform into is a hero type that's identical to the previous one except it has 1 more bounce. |

How about an autocast spell that makes its projectile bounce randomly if there is a target within range? Because I don't think there's any workaround for Moon Glaives relying on upgrades. |

Sorta like what aprha_storm said... but the Moon Glaives ability and the actual bounce are two separate things, but both are bound by one upgrade. Just search for the Moon Glaives upgrade and look around with it's stats. |

There's no way to alter the number of bounces a bouncing attack has ingame except with the moon glaive upgrade. Your best alternative is to use a chaos-morph based ability to morph your hero to a different version of itself that has the same stats except that it has one more bounce in it's attack. |
