WAV to mp3 converter

Anyone know of a wave to mp3 converter that doesnt cut a little bit off at the end?

google for "LAME" I didn't notice any mp3 converter "cutting a litle bit off at the end" though, so LAME might be one of those

And if you're going to use lame I would use Audacity too, it's just a great too.

I don't know how lame works without Audacity, but in A it takes a few seconds and then you have a perfectly nice mp3 file.
