Read the title

I Looked at all the forums and sub forums of this site, and i couldnt find ONE
where i could ask a simple Custom Mapping question.

So i thought here would be nice and snug.

One question:

When i make a new map, i havent put anything in it, what do i do?

I save it, but it says to me: Player locations have not been placed, Would you like to place them?

The answer to this is, obviously yes.

When i re open this map, i have a sad, ugly looking town hall, that is quite frankly in the way and i dont need it.

1. How do i get rid of this?
2. How can i make it so that a wisp is a starting location, if at all possible?
3. If not, how do i give players a starting location that ISNT in the way?

First: The forum for this sort of questions is General Development. Moved there.
Second: go to the trigger editor and modify the melee initialization trigger so it doesn't create the default melee starting units and building.

ya just remove all that melee stuff so you only have the circles and not the halls... anyway i read your other problems ''--i touched it--'' and i think you need some big helping with triggers... so i sugest you go look at the

Don't worry about it man. Everyone has to start out somewhere. When I first started using WE, I hadn't even played WC3 (only customs as my brothers owned WC3 at the time and I had just seen them on them) and I was constantly asking my brothers about the game and stuff.
If you scout around and read loadsa posts you'll learn about alot of things you didn't even know were there.

That was just an example of how I struggled at first. I was really saying how there's loads of stuff that WE can do that you weren't aware of.

Lolnub.

Playing something for 3 years does not equate to modding it for 3 years. Not even close; there are idiots who've been playing Warcraft3 on Battle.net since its release but don't know a damn thing about the World Editor.
