Druid of the Owls

Got bored trying to model and making skins from scratch so I quickly made this one. I think his pants look pretty nice
Any suggestions on improving it ?

Wow, that thing is pretty good. For a second i thought it was the NE tree. Great job.

Hmm, those things on his back look pretty menacing when he does his bow animation.

how do u get the character animations for ur avatars....where'd u get them from

Go here, click on a Race, click on the unit you want and it will show anj animation of the unit, commonly reffered to as a GIF animation, or as you said a moving picture. Right click on the picture whether it be the portrait or the units animation, click properties, and copy and paste the link, put that link as your avatar. On a mac to get the GIF files homepage, click Open in New window, and copy and paste that link. With animation shop(A direct link for a pre-installed trial version found in Photoshop 7.0, obtained here), you can edit what the unit does, and ad your name, change colors, ect;

You just recreated the Archdruid... kindof...

What is now the Druid of the Talon used to be the Archdruid graphic. Whats funnier is that his transformation was the owlbear (called Force of Nature). A combination of a bird and bear (DOTT AND DOTC). The Archdruid was off course a hero.

Yeah, I already thought the model had a strange name (HeroForceOfNature.blp). I first thought about making him a hero the size of the tauren chief, but I thought this size was better.

Also, when I looked at the owlbear model I noticed he had long elf ears and the things on his head like the KotG. That's why I decided to make him into a elf unit :)

stupid arch druid, replacing the awesome DOTT...

anyways, great skin. I didnt even notice that it was an owlbear until someone else pointed out that it aint a reskined AOW. nice job!
