10 minute wait?

Not sure if this has been asked but why the ten minute wait? It seems just a little ridiculous maybe 3-5 minutes is better? Please do something about this it's bugging me. Anyone else?

Post control, its to prevent people from posting too much. It makes you wait a few minutes.

And yes 10 minutes is way too huge.

I hope your joking, but if your serious i ask you to try to post twice here within a few seconds. It won't let you because the site makes everyone wait 10 minutes between all posts regardless of where they are made.

? You haven't posted twice. Regardless it's a thing i believe needs changing, who do i contact for this suggestion?

This is a byproduct of being new to the website, it requires you to wait in the possibility that you might be a spambot or their kin. You need to be registered on the site for some (Personally unknown) time frame before the required wait goes away.

I only have to wait 30 seconds between posts.

It does tell you that you need to wait 10 minutes, I don't see much reason to post more than 6 posts an hour, so you'll have to live with it.

Yes, it gradually decreases as you spend more time registered.
