Can you tell me if this way of JASS Helper will work in the long run

You saw from a post in another thread that I'm having a problem using Jass NewGen, but I think I have a working thing where I just have grimoire do no checking what so ever not with PJASS or anything and then I just run your JASS Helper with the run command from the start menu giving it the arguments it needs and SFMPQ in the bin and I accomplished getting it to find an error then i fixed the error and it checked it again and just went through.(meaning no errors)

So my question is will this work without PJASS checking just the normal script? And if it won't will it work if I do them seperetly? or will I need to do this another way? Also the most important part, when I do this it actually coverts my code right not just syntax check(although I kind of assumed it did, but will be awhile till I'm far enough in this map to test it too much.)

Second question is, is there an easier way than just doing this from the run menu?(Besides newgen) btw I think if found out the problem. I realized I hadn't updated this comp to 1.21 and that isn't the real problem but when I went to update it could not update because of some type of error with worldeditor.exe(different from the World Editor.exe) so apparently it would seem that file is corrupt in some way and when I can reinstall I can get it working(I really really hope). In case you were wondering if it might be your system's error.

*edit* oh yeah I almost forgot but is it possible to do this with a text file too? I think I've asked you this already but thought it was worth a shot(closing the map to check the syntax takes longer than with a txt file)

But thanks for any help.
