This is my compilation of the better terrain screenshots I have. Please take the time to look at them all for they are all different.
The last picture is what I tried to replicate with the first one.

your really good.. can u give me some of your maps just so I can look at it really good so i can learn. most good terrained maps 4 blocked. or i suck at finding them one
Sure, the ones I can find will be attached. (i basically searched for anything with terrain in the name and attached it. Some are WIP, some are old and suck.)
The B2M terrain is too big and I can't be bothered to wait for it to upload.

The terrain is nice, but most of them are looking good due to the custom models.

Your terrain work is very nice. And I disagree about what Operator said, because you used the models wisely and used a very good variation between tiles and doodads. The environment and atmosphere is great too. Some of them need work on the fog, but otherwise they're all fantastic! Great work, I envy your terrain ;-)

the high-res models are aranged well, but the comon wc3 low poly units are looking strange in the seventh picture.

Yeah, the normal war3 units do look odd.

The first picture reminds me of a lake by one of my friend's vacation homes. And yeah, the last one looks like sheer kickass.

I rely like the first one. The last is great, most of the rest are a bit non warcraftish, I don't realy like those models but it is very good in overall. Il rep you up.

The last one was actually for a contest on this site that got closed before I could submit. This is the picture it replicates. (I will put it at the top along side the lake picture)

Just saw your latest picture you uploaded. No wonder why your first screenshot came out so realistic and amazing :D
You made the terrain pretty accurate to the photo too, so thats what impressed me even more.

Mmmm, yeah you did a good job in making an ingame version of the terrain.

The real picture looks significantly less like the place I was thinking of though.

I think you could have made the mountains in the first pic a lot better, but I don't think you want to size the trees down and make the cliffs more jagged, i'm not sure but it might make the models look crappy. Anyways, it's great. +REP.

You are very right, but I don't have the map itself anymore (I have overwritten it)
