I have came across few things I have not find a way to do. I thing they cannot be done ,but I am far from wisest person with worldedit stuff ,so what do you think ?1) Is it posible to alter unit sound set in game ? (without changing/morfing unit itself) 2) Is there any unit targeting spell that do not break Wind Walk spell ? 3) I cannot find a way to set witch position will a hero icon take in top-left corner of screen. I have a "backpack" hero and sometimes its first and sometimes its second and I don't see why. Is it hard-coded somehow ? 4) I am sure this has been brainstormed elsewhere but I didn't find it. Is there a way to change attack type (normal/pierce ...) and armor type of a unit during a game ? (without changing/morfing unit itself) |

There's an upgrade effect called "Defense Type Change". I don't see one for Attack type but if the unit only needs two attack types you can just set up both Attack 1 and Attack 2 for each different scenario, then enable/disable them as you need to. |

In the 1. question I meant changing unit sound during game (it could be useful if you could chose a sound to your hero in RPG map, if you dont like the one mapmaker used). But as I said i dont think it can be done. Just checking. I solved the problem with icons. It seems that if you gain a hero by "change ownership" trigger it will always be the last icon displayed, even if you create another hero later. |

1. It depends under what circumstance you want this sound to act. If you want to change the units available "click sounds" (the ones that occur when u click on them) well then you'll have to do that in the editor but in-game changing of that i believe is impossible but ill take a sec to check. Second if you just want to make it make a noise lets say to a certain event (unit walks here, unit kills x number of other units, unit attacks, etc.) well thats easier but you need to first put the sounds onto the map with the sound editor then set the flag on it to "3D sound". Then make triggers using the event you need and the action : Sound - Play Sound on unit (top of the list under sound). 2.Really not sure i think someone answered this? 4. The using two attacks and disabling one sounds like a good idea but i couldn't find any actions to facilitate your idea. What i did find was the action: Unit - Damage Target , using this action you could trigger your unit to be able to attack with which ever type you want and whenever you want it. The advantage is you can use as many different attacks as you want but the problem is this seems pretty hard to do. Your call. Yes, I'm an ass, but don't ask for rep. It's not vital for your survival. -Pyrogasm |

You can use Orb of Lightning or I believe an upgrade to enable/disable attacks. |
