I just want to edit skills

Is there an easy way to do it with like one program, i go to a tutorial and the program needed isnt even on this site.

Excel is the best spell editor, and using it is very simple due to the comments, but if you don't have it, grab one of the spell editors out of the tools area of the forums. A good one will have everything you need built in.

Go to downloads/tools and such/ then probebly have to look at the second page of downloads and theres like 3 spell editors
