Negitive Effects

Hello,
For spell making how do you get negitive effects on a spell,
like for mana regen -1.00 and ect.

Go to File>Preferences, then to the General Tab. Make sure "Allow negative real values in the Object Editor" is checked. Now, when you want to make something negative, select the data field, hold Shift, and hit Enter.
