Sorry about disappearing for so long, my roommate's grandmother passed away and so things have been hectic all month. In any event, we got IRC back up, irc.wc3campaigns.net should be updated within 48 hours, but until then you can use 66.103.20.109 to connect.

when i go to irc.wc3campaigns.net this and only this comes up:"how do i has localhost? o_o;"
and when i go to 66.103.20.109 this comes up:wisp~

You need an irc client to connect to an irc server.
A popular client is mIRC.

But also, some </3 on this day. I lost founder status on #wc3dev :< as well as the hour i spent ensuring all the options where set properly. But still, YAY! I can finally loose this icky life I've gone and gotten myself!

You have to go and add a mail/chat account and open it through the chat menu. Although mind reading would be cool.
