Moon Beam Model

I can't find this anywhere, but I am sure it is built in one.

It looks like of cone of light coming from the sky...

Abilities\Spells\NightElf\Starfall\StarfallCaster.mdl

A beam of light from the sky with a moon on it.

that does not have those annoying side laser beams...

theres Abilities\Spells\Human\Resurrect\ResurrectTarget.mdl too, which would be a "cone of light that comes from the sky".
But it has no stand animation if that matters...

Abilities\Spells\Orc\Reincarnation\ReincarnationTarget.mdl was the only model I could find that had a beam of light flowing down onto the earth that had a stand animation. Unfortunately, while it lacks the moon and runes, you still have to deal with the grave.

EDIT: Hmmm... It's probably a longshot, but could you perhaps be referring to this weather effect?

I need a stand animation because I need it for a portal.
No I am not referring to weather effect.

Reincarnation would not do because it has that stupid cross model at bottom of light.

I would take a custom model if someone has one?
Once again I am looking for a cool cone of light that would look nice as a portal
