Trouble with WC3 Image Extractor

Hi. whenever i try to open a tga file image i worked on with my GIMP editor, its walways says the file has an unsupported compression? how can I fix this dilema?

Try disabling RLE compression when saving the tga.

At least for me Gimp shows a dialog with a couple of checkboxes when I save as tga, one of them is RLE compression.

how would i change that?

That all depends on how you saved it e.g. what program you used, or if you downloaded it from somewhere else, what program the creator used.

I recommend you get Paint.NET as it can open TGA's and is free to download and use forever (much like The Gimp).
