really nice model.
Problem I have: The glass looks too...wel...modern.
Make it look like glass they could have produced:
-less flat, this glass looks like made with the most modern techique for precision :D. Texture should be enough here, of course...
-If you want to invest more work: Make it transparent OR remove it completely and make it an open lighthouse with a roof supported by woodbeams. This would of course need some stuff inside the lighthouse.

Also, you could make the whole walls look less flat/regular.
